Mr. Jordian Chan has extensive experience in the legal industry. He specializes in a broad range of corporate and securities related matters including: initial public offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance matters and general corporate transactions.

Throughout his legal career, Jordian has advised clients from various industries including: manufacturing, banking, marketing, construction, mining, shipping, education, electronics and video production.

Jordian previously served as a trainee solicitor at Hastings & Co. (one of the largest local law firms in Hong Kong) and a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons (the largest international law firm in Hong Kong and a Red Circle law firm). Jordian is currently a director at Roosevelt & Grant Limited, a consultant at WE Lawyers and a senior advisor at Wall CPA Limited.
