Hong Kong’s abolition of the MPF offsetting arrangement from 1 May 2025 may increase employers’ financial liabilities for severance and long-service payments, requiring adjustments in accounting, tax, and audit practices.

Two experts provided over 30 industry professionals with in-depth insights and practical strategies from dual perspectives of macro investment and AI application, and facilitated exchange through an interactive session to help enterprises and investors capture opportunities amid change.

Exhibition highlighted strong demand among high-net-worth families for integrated advisory solutions spanning education planning, wealth succession, and cross-border structuring. The positive response reflects a growing shift toward holistic, multi-disciplinary approaches to long-term family planning in an increasingly complex global environment.

Mr William Chan, Managing Director of WALL, has been appointed as Honorary Accountant for the 2nd Term Board of the Youth Expats Association (2026–2028).
