On 28 July 2026, Mr. William Lui, Partner of WALL, participated in the Zhuhai delegation visit organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). The visit was led by HKICPA Vice President Ms. Jasmine Lee, Chief Executive and Registrar Mr. Arthur Lee, Council Member Mr. Bayern Chui, and representatives of the Greater Bay Area Committee, bringing together of the HKICPA delegation for exchanges in Zhuhai.

The delegation met with Mr. Dai Weihui, Vice Chairman of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Zhuhai Municipal Finance Bureau, as well as representatives from the Zhuhai Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The discussions addressed key issues such as Mainland enterprises listing in Hong Kong, opportunities arising from A+H share development, and convergence in regulatory and disclosure standards between two regions, and mutually beneficial outcomes for the profession.
In addition, with the support of the Doumen District Government and the Finance Bureau of Zhuhai, the delegation visited Fushan Industrial Park and toured two leading high-tech enterprises, namely Zhuhai Founder Technology High Density Electronic Co., Ltd (Founder PCB) and Guangdong Highstar New Energy Technology. The visit gave participants more understanding of Zhuhai’s high-tech industrial clusters and the upgrading and development of manufacturing in the Greater Bay Area.

Mr. William Lui said the visit gave him deeper insight into the practical needs and challenges faced by Mainland high-tech enterprises when going global. When expanding into overseas markets, these enterprises often need to address complex matters such as cross-border structure design, tax planning, compliance management, and alignment of listing rules for A+H shares in both markets.
As one of the firms on the HKICPA’s “List of Accounting Firms Helping Mainland Enterprises Go Global”, WALL has successfully assisted many Mainland enterprises in expanding into overseas markets. Building on the valuable experience gained from this visit, WALL will continue to leverage the high standards and international strengths of Hong Kong’s accounting profession to provide one-stop professional services for Mainland enterprises going global, including cross-border expansion, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring. WALL will also make good use of Hong Kong’s role as an international financial centre and bridge to help Mainland enterprises achieve steady and sustainable growth in the global market.
