Mr. Andy Chan has over 30 years of experience as a professional accountant and corporate finance advisor, assisting enterprises from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the USA, the UK, and other regions with IPO listings in Hong Kong and the USA, mergers and acquisitions, compliant holding structures, fund structuring, and related projects.
Mr. Chan began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse (now PwC), followed by a managerial role in the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (now HKEX). He later held key positions in financial institutions and listed companies, including director at Core Pacific Financial (now CPY), and director at Seapower Group (now KGI), as well as in sectors spanning finance, information and communication technology (ICT), insurance, agriculture, property, and food and beverage chains. Currently, he focuses on investor matching for enterprises and shareholders, internal control systems, trust formation, and family asset allocation consulting.
Over the years, Mr. Chan has actively participated in education and corporate social responsibility leadership initiatives. He served as a member of the Durham University Asia-Pacific Development Board and a director of the Lingnan Education Organization in Hong Kong. In 1988, representing the Hong Kong Rotary region, he attended the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards program organized by Rotary International in Sydney, Australia. In 2013, he co-founded the Dr. Elsie To Education Fund with Dr. Elsie To and others to promote education opportunities for the younger generation. Currently, he serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Bachelor’s Degree in Global Development and Sustainability at Lingnan University, and as the president of Enlightenment & Innovation in Arts, Science and Culture (EISAC) Association.
