Mr. Andy Chan has joined WALL as Senior Advisor in our Business Advisory Services, bringing exceptional expertise and strategic insight to the firm. With over 30 years of professional experience in accounting and corporate finance advisory, Mr. Chan has supported enterprises across Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and international markets in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, fund structuring, and cross-border investment projects.
Throughout his distinguished career with organizations such as Price Waterhouse (now PwC), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (now HKEX), various financial institutions and listed companies, Mr. Chan has developed deep experience in corporate governance, capital markets, and business transformation.
In his new role, Mr. Chan will further enhance our Business Advisory Services by providing clients with forward-looking advice on investment and financing initiatives, internal control frameworks, and family wealth and trust planning. His extensive experience and global perspective will strengthen our advisory capabilities and help our clients achieve sustainable growth.
